Social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).
Blog, magazine submissions, and wedding industry features.
Print advertising, studio displays, and trade shows.

Opt-out: If you do not want your images or videos used in any of the above, please notify us in writing (email is fine) before the final edited images and videos are delivered to you. Once we receive your opt-out, we will not use your images or videos for new marketing or portfolio purposes, and we will remove any already-published images and videos from our active online channels within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that images and videos previously shared on third-party platforms, submitted to publications, or printed in physical materials may not be fully retractable.

If you do not opt out before delivery, you are deemed to have accepted that we may use selected images and videos for the purposes listed above.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Measures include:
