Absolutely. Our listed packages are starting points. Tell us what you need covered — getting ready through to the first dance, or just the ceremony — and we will tailor a quote that matches your day exactly.
Your package covers the shoot, full editing, and delivery of every image in high resolution. The only things that may add to your invoice are venue parking, ferry or entry tickets, or travel fees for locations well outside Sydney. We will flag any of these in your quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Most couples receive 600 to 900 edited images for a full-day coverage, though the exact number depends on the flow of your day. Every image is delivered clean — no watermark, no logo — and prints up to A2 size without any loss in quality.
You will receive a sneak peek within a few days of the wedding and the full gallery within four weeks. Albums take an additional 6 to 10 weeks after you have selected your favourite images.
Yes. Every shoot is backed up to multiple encrypted drives on the day and mirrored to offsite cloud storage. We archive all weddings indefinitely, so if you lose your USB a year down the track, just call and we will re-deliver.
Video FAQ
Your highlight film is a tightly edited 3- to 6-minute cinematic cut set to music — it is the one you will share with friends and family. The long-form edit captures your ceremony, formalities, and speeches in full, typically running 60 to 90 minutes depending on the day. Most couples choose to have both.
Where the venue and weather allow, yes. Drone footage adds a sweeping aerial perspective to your highlight film. We always check airspace restrictions and venue rules ahead of time, and if a drone is not possible on the day we will use a second camera angle instead so you never miss the establishing shot.
We run discreet lavalier microphones on the groom, the officiant, and at the speaker table, plus a backup recorder on the lectern. Audio is mixed and mastered in post so your vows and speeches are easy to hear no matter how loud the room gets.
Most of our packages include two videographers. One focuses on wide, cinematic coverage while the other captures reactions and detail shots throughout the day. Two cameras means more angles in the edit and far fewer moments missed.
Highlight films are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks of the wedding. Long-form edits take a little longer, usually 8 to 10 weeks. We will send you a private online link when everything is ready.
Yes — this is one of our most popular upgrades. An editor on site cuts a 2- to 3-minute film during the morning and afternoon, ready to play on the big screen at your reception. Book this early as only one same-day edit can be scheduled per weekend.
General FAQ
Yes. We regularly shoot in the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, the Southern Highlands, the Hunter Valley, and the South Coast, and we have done destination weddings overseas. Travel costs depend on the location and are quoted upfront — for many regional venues there is no extra fee at all.
A 30% deposit secures your date, with the balance split into two further instalments in the lead-up to the wedding. If you need to postpone, your deposit can usually be transferred to a new date subject to availability. Full terms are outlined in your booking agreement.
We always carry duplicate cameras, lenses, and lighting, plus off-camera backup recorders for video. Every wedding is also covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance so your investment is protected.
Of course. We will send you a simple planning guide a few weeks before the wedding that includes a family group template. Fill it in, send it back, and we will work through it efficiently so the formal photos are done without eating into your reception time.
Yes. Engagement and pre-wedding sessions are available as add-ons and are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day. We also cover elopements, anniversaries, and corporate events — just ask for a tailored quote.
